Our first priority that you enjoy your experience with us in a safe way. We recommend that all our customers read and follow the rules prior to their specific event. Our Party Buses at least on the surface might appear to be an opportunity for drinking in excess, but in reality, it shouldn't be. It should not be about drinking in excess, if you do end up drinking too much, you may be refused entry to the bars and that can ruin everyone’s evening. With that in mind there are some important tips and rules of the road for a successful trip. If you follow them, you will have a great and safe time: No smoking on bus at any time!!!! Failure to comply will result in termination of service without refund! No food allowed in bus. Anyone who displays unacceptable behavior will be removed from the bus (without a refund). This is for safety and benefits of all passengers. No illegal drugs allowed on bus. Firearms & weapons of any type are PROHIBITED on the bus. No fighting or disruptive behavior allowed. On transfer service you must be ready at pickup time agreed. Waiting additional time will incur charges. We organized the transportation between the pick-up locations and the clubs, but make sure you have a safe way of getting home when we drop you off. If you have been drinking, please DONT DRIVE DRUNK!!!!! We DO NOT condone drunk driving. Lost Property We take no responsibility for any items left on our buses; however, any items that are found will be kept in our office for seven days for safe keeping. After this period, we reserve the right to donate or dispose of these items accordingly. Repairs and Cleaning It is understood that a level of cleanliness will be expected. If a greater level of cleaning is required, you may be required to pay for this. If one of you gets sick (e.g., throwing up) on the bus there will be a $200.00 clean up fee billed to you. Any damages to the vehicle or property caused by the passengers will be charged to the organizer and the organizer assumes the responsibility to pay for these repairs. Payment Terms: All payments must be made in full before entering the bus. Reservations must be made in a timely matter. 100% of payment must be made at start of service; for cancellations payment or deposits will not be refunded. Patron and group are to be legally bound hereby, the undersigned agrees and does hereby release from liability and to indemnify and hold harmless Rolling bus LLC, and any of its employees or agents representing or related to the LLC. This release is for any and all liability for personal injuries (including death) and property losses or damage occasioned by, or in connection with any activity or accommodations for this event. The undersigned further agrees to abide by all the rules and regulations promulgated by Rolling Limo LLC.
